It's funny how the people you know influence your life.
Take my friends from camp, for example. Alicia, Jay, Brendon, Sam, Brandy, Kevin, Chris, and Anthony. (The last three being my cousins >_< wink Without them I would not have the memories I have today. These eight people are my heros. The hardships I've faced with them by my side (as corny as it may seem) turned me from a naive 10 year old trying to pick up the last few puzzle pieces, to a 12 year old with the puzzle all together. No matter WHAT, I will NEVER forget these people and their impact on me. Some things are meant to be. I learned it the hard way.
And Jess, my friend from WeBo. Sure, she bugs me sometimes.. okay, more like all the time, but she was one of the people by my side although she wasn't from W.I. With her support, I got through everything. And she may call me a "fruitcake" at times, but hey, a fruitcake is a different christmas gift, although many negative qualities, and as far as I'm concerned, if I'm just a "fruitcake" of a person, that's fine by me. Jess has taught me to be who I am and show my emotions.. Sadly I'm still working on the emotions part.
And my friends in my grade, Jill, Sarah, and Dee. Although I may not be as open to them as they are with me, I can talk to them about anything, and of course, us being the outcasted, "turning punk/gothic" nerds that we are, sciency stuff is welcome. heart
The next few sentences are really pitiful. I guess you could say my cat, Mo, is one of the "people" who really affect my life. He's always there with me, whether I'm watching TV, sleeping, or on the computer. Once in a while I will have a dream where I loose him and wake up in a sweat. I love him more than anything I own in the whole world and he really is my "best friend".
But out of all the people I listed, only one can turn my gloomy day into a sunny one. With lots of rainbows. Hah. Reminds me of a song from Relient K.. back to the topic... This person is always the one who makes me laugh. I feel like I can tell them anything, and just open up to them. And even if they don't give advice, even just hearing their voice or reading their words on the screen is enough for me.
Because what can I say? I'm addicted...
