Well, the house is quiet, and peaceful for the most part. Certain people were out too long yesterday, and are asleep or napping because they work late. Meghan's watching That's So Raven, and Grandma's looking at my yearbook. She's asking me stuff, and I showed her the picture of Deshawn. Poor guy, it's not fair about stuff.
I woke up around 9, well rested for the most part, and ecstatic of the thought that I slept in. I played video games for a bit to get the stimulation in my body back, then I went down for breakfast. Thing is, most people were already up and at 'em, so they were practically having lunch, so breakfast turned out to be fried chicken and macaroni salad. It made me wonder how Sonja was doing, so I tried calling, but Marissa picked up and said she wasn't there.
Mainly, I've been giving Meghan the cold shoulder. She's been wanting to do things, like play Monopoly and other games, so I tried lying and saying I'd left it at school. But I left my room door open a little, and she saw it there, and asked me about it, so I played the "Oh my gosh, here it is after all. How could I have not seen it?" act, but I don't know if she bought the performance.
So, I'm drinking Sprite and eating leftover DFC (Deli Fried Chicken), and trying to think of a way out of playing with Meghan. I got nothing so far, why does she have to try to play with a 17-year old guy?
