It's only Tuesday
Yesterday was a bank holiday in Ireland, so no one really got up to much. But today, Tuesday, everything was supposed to go back to normal, which it of course did not go for me.
4laugh Still have no idea how this really works.

I'm probably just gonna cringe about it later but here we are - random health rant to which probably no one will even read. Fantastic!

So today I went to my local Dr's office at 9am, before school with no appointment. I ad been meaning to go for weeks. Three weeks, actually. Of course, I put the appointment off until last minute. The original reason was because I needed to get blood test.
Nice and well.
Not.

So the nurse sees me first thing at 9am, which is great! I'm supposed to be getting the coeliac screen, one vial of blood, no problem..... Right? Wrong. The nurse literally bleeds me dry. She takes 6 vials from my right arm. Halfway through the fourth one I lose all feeling from the shoulder down and I can feel my eyes roll back into my head - I literally just faint. The nurse catches me with one hand by the forehead before I can fall onto her and them FWUMP, pushes me backwards into my hair like a pro.Clearly I'm not the first person to have fainted on her.

It would have been geat if that was it, but of course it wasn't. My arm didn't stop bleeding for ages, and I quote, "That wasn't supposed to happen", according to the nurse. So she tapes me up and sets me back out into the waiting room, saying she'll get the Dr for me since I mentioned needed to see him this morning.

The Dr comes to get me about 3 minutes after the nurse sets me free, 20 minutes earlier than the original appointment I made with the receptionist before I went in to get my bloods done. That's great. So I go in and there's the standard "How are you doing?" and whatnot. So, I'm there because I had been having a problem with my foot. It was really painful to put weight on and shoes really hurt. My mum thought it was a bunionette since my grandma gets them and they can apparently be genetic.
The Dr takes a look, does a bit of poking, which really hurt, and then said... "I think it's probably broken"

I screamed a little inside. This is not what you want to hear at 9:30am any day. Or ever.

Long story short, I'm getting an xray done the week of my oral exams. Can't wait! 4laugh
