Do-di-do, same thing as before, all my avis for the year 2019 and a little description. I tend to use the same face for most of my avis, just changing up the mouth a bit. Maybe I'll branch out a try out some new color combinations?
< January: I wanted to make a Miserable avi, combined Yang and Harvest and a few gold accessories. Then I added a smattering of pink and blue. She's got a whole pile of hair ornaments on one side, and only one sleeve (but it's obscured on the far side, so I pretend she has two...)> February: Character from the same series as the avi I did last November. The hair and ribbon were easy, but the robes were more difficult. None of the whites match, but the general shape/layers is kinda there. The sleeves are totally wrong though, how can you play an instrument with sleeves like that?!? This is the first time I've made a seated avi.
< Mid Feb - March: I wanted to use Exalted Guardian Spirit, so I threw on a bunch of Anubis/Catharsis items. Astrologer, Valinor and Draconis were combined to make the dress. The Plaiddy leaves look kinda like flowers, and the green well water from Ruined Souls pretends to be grass.> April: Remake of last November's avi, more accurate to the character. Still needs better hair, and the legs kept clashing with the tabard. Alternate version has a jar of alcohol instead of an ice cream cone.
< April: A slight variation of the previous outfit makes character from a different novel (fan version). Luo Binghe, the edgy half-demon protagonist of PIDW, and crybaby demon lord in SVSSS. I was surprised I managed to find an item for the forehead mark, Magical Azure fits the bill perfectly.> May: Back to another variation of WWX from MDZS, Yiling Patriarch version. The hair is still wrong and I'm pretending the sword is actually his flute...
< May: Started with a combo of Titania, Poseidon's Descendant and Pieces of You. I ended up piling on a bunch of armour, and made some sort of fairy-knight? This actually uses some of the items I've had stashed in the depths of my invo that haven't been used before...> June: Something quick, I played around with the different recolours of Matsuriko and settled on the red one. Chucked on some other red/black/gold lacy items. Most of these items are kinda old-style...
< July: Another WWX, YP. This time with slightly better hair. Picked up Fremere's Warden fairly cheap and thought the dress made a pretty good robe. I had to drop the neckline without adding boobs, and ended up using Commander of the Fallen. The vest from Bloody Runcible Knife was also needed to connect the top to the belt.> August: Colour combo Horizon/Ivran/Curious/Tinsel. Started with the Lightbringer and Fortuna dress, plugged the schemes into the search bar and piled items on until it looked alright. There's actually a whole pile of dangly gold bits hanging from the hat, and I couldn't resist adding a barely visible veil.
< September: Key item, Starlit Lustre. Then chucked on a bunch of Anubis. It's pretty simple, but cute. Just a fairy surrounded by mini fairies...> October - April: Basically the same as before, just slightly tweaked for accuracy. I ended up paying a lot for the hair. Then I got busy with a job and ended up using this avi for 6 months...
