Alright, now here's a rant that has nothing to do with Gaia. Yay! Be happy, this is very rare.
This one's about the voices they change on anime's that don't match the characters. My brother and I had this conversation.
Let's begin with Yu-Gi-Oh!, my favorite anime, first, well say the Japanese name, then the English name:

Yuugi Moto - Yugi Motou
In the Japanese version, his voice sounds like a girl. It scares me. In the English version, he sounds more like a teenage boy that's just a little short for his age. This is actually better than the Japanese, the Japanese gave me a head ache.
Katsuya Jonouchi - Joseph Wheeler
Okay, the Japanese version of the voice is tough sounding than the Boston accent that he inherited in the dubbed. I like the Japanese version better than the English.
Hiroto Honda - Tristan Taylor
I didn't think it really changed. They sound they same to me.
Anzu Mazaki - Tea Gardner
Her voice got extremely annoying in the dubbed version. WTF happened?! But, it's not bad, not as bad as the Japanese Yuugi, anyway. So, Japanese Anzu is better.
Seto Kaiba - Seto Kaiba
He sounds tougher in the dubbed version, than the Japanese, but it's not like there's anything we can do about it. Anyways, dubbed is better.
Mokuba Kaiba - Mokuba Kaiba
Uhm... no comment.
Shizuka Jounouchi - Serenity Wheeler
Defenatly better in the dubbed. The Japanese is way to high pitched for her.
Insector Haga - Weevil Underwood
Japanese is way better. The dubbed voice is so annoying! AH! MAKE IT STOP!
Dinosaur Ryuzaki - Rex Raptor
Japanese is better. The dubbed is annoying.
Mai Kujaku - Mai Valentine
They sound the same to me.
Ryo Bakura - Ryou Bakura
The dubbed version is slightly better.
Dark Bakura - Yami Bakura
WTF happened to THAT?! His dubbed voice makes me cringe! AH! Japanese better! No more dubbed!
Atemu - Atem
It's better in the dubbed, because it sounds deeper and not so childish.
Shadi - Shadi
The dubbed is better. It sounds more mysterious.
Sogoroku Moto - Solomon Motou
It's better in the Japanese. More old sounding, I guess.

Naruto is next, I'm pretty sure none of the names changed. (note: I've never actually heard their Japanese voices, it's just me rating the dubbed voices.)
Naruto
His voice is high pitched in the dubbed, and he says "Beleive it" almost every other word! Gah! It's annoying.
Sasuke (that's not spelled right)
Needs a little work, not that bad otherwise.
Sakura
I think her voice is fantastic for her.
Kakashi Sensei
His voice is very nice and calm. It fits him almost perfectly.
