Xaiolin Showdown: Luna's Story ((This is my fan fic to Xiaolin Showdown.))
“Luna! Let’s play some Goo Zombies 6 ! It just released and I got a copy!” Raymundo and I had been waiting for Goo Zombies 6 to come for more than six months. However, I didn’t want to wake up at five in the morning hearing about it. “You awake? Come on! Wake up!” He said, shaking me. He got annoyed and decided to try kicking me. I stopped his foot and stood up. “I’m awake Rai! I just five minutes to rub the sleepy out of my eyes, okay?” I said angrily. Raymundo nodded and walked to his bed. “Man, this isn’t easy. Being a Xiaolin warrior is way harder than I thought it would be.” I pulled off my pajamas and got on my robes. I wasn’t apprentice yet, but I had feeling I was very close to becoming one. I went outside and got ready for training. Omi came out. “What is it oh great bald one?” “Well, I was going to train you. After all, I am the greatest warrior of us and you are the only non-apprentice.” Omi said arrogantly. He was thinking I was inferior! “Well, there are many things I want to teach you, but almost all of them require you to be an apprentice.” “Omi, two things. One, shut up. You’re too arrogant. Arrogance is the first step to evil. Two, I think today I will become an apprentice!” I was very excited. I couldn’t wait, and best of all, Master Fung was coming, and he was holding something in his hands! “See Omi,” I whispered. “Master Fung is coming to give me my apprentice sash now.” I smiled as he came toward us. “Good morning, Master Fung!” “Ah, Luna! I’ve been looking for you. I have something for you.” Master Fung said. He looked over at Omi who was looking at me scornfully. I was beaming now. I knew was talking about the cloth in his hands! “What is it?” I asked, trying to sound surprised. He handed it to me and saw it was a package from my brother. “Oh. John sent me some silk clothing…” I was disappointed, too disappointed for words. “I thought you loved your brothers gifts.” Master Fung said. I explained I did, but I thought it was the day I would become a Xiaolin Apprentice. “I see. I’m sorry I got your hopes up for something other than what you wanted.” “You’ve been for half the time we were when we got our sashes. Why’d you think you’d get yours so soon?” Clay asked in his southern Texas accent. He was carving little cows and cowboys out of wood, and he was real good at it. “I’ve been training five times harder though! And I knew all the moves! Omi you even fought Spicer with me and said I was perfect, apprentice material even! Now I’m here and you keep being so arrogant and-.” Omi interrupted my sentence. “I understand you are upset, Raymundo was also. I promise to stop being so arrogant, and I will try not to up-size you.” Clay, Raymundo, and I sighed. “It’s down-sizing.” We said in unison. I added in “I doubt you’ll stop being so arrogant, though” I said, going in his face. Master Fung split us apart as Dojo came into the conversation. “Look alive people! We have an active Shen Gon Wu!” We looked over as he pulled out the scroll. “It’s the Hung Ye Vail. It can change you so look like creature.” “So I could turn into Kimico if I wanted?” Rai asked. “And I would have the powers of the Xiaolin Dragon of Fire?” “Not quite. You would just look like her and sound like her, you wouldn’t have her power or skill. You’d also hear your thoughts as your own voice.” Dojo explained. And now my story really begins.
