Alright, I've really gotten into making rp characters for One Piece, so I've descided to make the characters and put them on here. Here's the list.

Name: Akura
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Appearence: 
Weapons: One katana
Past: Akura has only lived with one parent, his mother, who never really cared for him much at all. Alone, he learned how to take care of himself. At the age of five, he met his hero, a pirate, of course, of the name Shanks. (Shanks had not met Luffy yet.) Shanks told the young Akura that he would be a great pirate, despite not having much of a family backround. From that day, Akura set out to become a pirate captain, but never really wanted to be King of the Pirates until he was about ten.
At eleven, he met Ami (later described). Ami and Akura became great friends, and learned at Ami was a fantasic martial artist. At that time, Akura descided he needed to pick up on a fighting technique. He picked up on sword fighting in which he weilds one katana. His master died three years later of a fatal fall off the cliff that bordered the west side of the island. Since then, he's trained in his honor, and Shanks honor.
At the age of eighteen, he set out on his adventure with Ami, traveling to new places.
Strengths: Akura has unbeleivable physical strength when it comes to fighting with a katana, expecially his own. When he's protecting anyone, he tends to fight harder than he would if he was just fighting because he could.
Weaknesses: Akura's main weakness is his gullibility. He'll beleive almost anything that comes out of anyone's mouth. His next biggest weakness is one of his greatests strengths, his nakama, expecially Ami. Defending Ami almost cost him his life once.

Name: Ami
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearence: 
Weapons: None
Past: Ever since she was born, people veiwed her as a monster since she was born with cat ears and a cat tail. She'd always been an outcast, but at the same time, she was wanted by many hunters to sell as a treasure. So, since she could walk, her father taught her how to fight. She typically loved training with her father because that meant that he truely cared for her.
At the age of six, bounty hunters came looking for her. Villagers told them where she lived and they came. They shot her father to death and took her. They locked her in a cage on their ship, where she was kept prisoner.
A two years later, while Ami was still prisoner, a storm hit. The ocean's hard waves destroyed the ship and sent Ami to a nearby island, where she was found by Akura. She had continued her training with a different teacher in the village. She was still veiwed as a monster, but she didn't mind.
At fifteen, she started her adventure with Akura, loyal to him for everything he ever did for her.
Strengths: When someone calls her weak, she wails on them, not caring who's watching. She tends to lose her anger a lot, which can result in an easy victory if they're not on the ship. No matter how sassy she is, she's intelligent, even if she won't admit it.
Weaknesses: She tends to lose her anger a lot, which almost killed her when they met Hiyoshi and Ronin. She has NO sense of direction, but since she usually hangs around Akura or Hiyoshi, she never really needed one.
Attacks: None as of yet....

Ship Placement: Swordsman
Name: Ronin
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearence:
Weapons: Two katanas
Past: Ronin always traveled with his father on his adventures, for as long as he could remember. His father was a pirate that traveled the Grand Line, but after Ronin was born, he parted from the crew and they left to sail the West Blue. They'd get into fights with other pirates every once in a while, but usually, it was just sailing.
Ronin had learned to fight from his father, who was a swordsman that weilded two katanas as well. His father passed down all his knowledge to Ronin, who took it with open arms.
When Ronin was twelve, their ship was attacked by pirates and destroyed. He floated onto an island, unconcious, where Kiyoshi found him and took him to his house. At first, his relationship with Kiyoshi was rocky, but after a few weeks, they became good friends, and Ronin is one of the few that Kiyoshi will actually talk to.
At seventeen, Akura and Ami came to the island. Ronin came along to see if he could find his father again, with Kiyoshi right behind him.
Strengths: Ronin is physically strong and never backs down, even if he can't win. His desperation to find his father often sends him into training frenzes which can last from one to ten hours.
Weaknesses: Ronin never backs down, even if he can't win. He is very chival, although he is 100% gay. He won't let a woman get hurt as long as he stands, but he's not a pervert.
Attacks: None yet...

Name: Kiyoshi
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearence:
Weapons: None
Past: For the longest time, people thought that Kiyoshi was a mute, since he never talked to anyone, not even his own parents, who got use to the nods and hand motions whenever he needed anything. Kiyoshi had always been interested in maps and exploring new lands and areas. Because of his great sense of direction, he could find his way back.
At eleven, he was sitting on the beach, like always, when Ronin washed up on shore. Unsure of what to do about the injured boy, he carried him home, where his mother, a nurse, took care of him. Kiyoshi spent most his time, after that, with Ronin. When he first spoke to him, Ronin was shocked, but quickly learned that Kiyoshi didn't talk much, dispite how beautiful his voice was.
Kiyoshi followed Ronin around a lot, even going with him with Akura and Ami, even though he thought Ami was the most annoying person on the planet.
Strengths: His great sense of direction can save anyone's life, if they get their in time. Kiyoshi has always been a fast runner too, being able to run from anything.
Weaknesses: Kiyoshi has no physical strength, making him a huge target, but Ronin often protects him, so he doesn't worry about it.
Attacks: He doesn't fight, so none.

Ship placement: Marksman/Repairman
Name: Haru
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearence:
Weapons: Pistol, bow and arrows
Past: Haru was born on the same island as Luffy, but left shortly after, so they never met. Haru's father was a pirate avoiding being taken by the marines because of the dead or alive bounty on his head. When Haru was four, he was taken captive by the marines so they could use him as bait. When his father came to save him, they killed him, leaving Haru with the marines. At first, they were going to kill him too, but instead, they left him on an island to die, so they wouldn't have to watch him.
Haru was on that island for about six months, surviving by catching and eating fish and drinking out of the small spring that was there. Luck had defenately been on his side. After the six months, a pirate ship showed up on the island. When the men got out, Yasopp found him. Yasopp brought Haru aboard and taught him how to shoot a pistol for self protection. They dropped Haru off on an island with a village, where a bartender by the name of Ordo raised him. Seeing how fantastic Haru's aim was with a pistol, Ordo taught him how to use a bow and arrow.
Haru joined Akura's crew when he turned sixteen, just because he missed the sea, and to see Yasopp again.
Strengths: Haru has fantastic aim, not even needing anything to zoom in on the target.
Weaknesses: In a fist fight, Haru doesn't have a chance, but he refuses to run. Kiyoshi often drags him along, so Haru doesn't get beat up.
Attacks: None yet...

Ship placement: Cook
Name: Belle
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearence:
Weapons: None, but she typically fights with her feet.
Past: Belle's family owned a small restrant on a Lougetown. Since she was born, she'd been learning the ways of being a cook, and she loved it. She'd always wanted to be a show cook and spend most of her practice in becoming one. She won her first show cook contest when she was six.
At the age of eight, a group of pirates came into the restrant and demolished it, killing her mother and taking her in the process. Having no physical strength at the time, she had no will to fight back. She was forced to cook for the large, overwelming crew, which beat her if they didn't like it or if it took to long. After a year, Belle finally snuck off the ship and sailed some where with a food supply that would last about two months.
A month and a half later, she came across the Baratie, where Sanji found her and brought her in. Zeff was extremely surprised by her cooking skills immediately, and in exchange for working at the restrant, Zeff taught her how to fight and bought her clothes and jewelry.
Sanji and Belle quickly became friends through the fights, but as they got older, Sanji began to look at Belle as a little sister and treated her kindly. When she descided she wanted to go back to Lougetown, Zeff gave her a map and sent her own her way.
Belle made it back to Lougetown where she met Akura. This is when she descided to go with them. It didn't feel right at Lougetown, so she joined Akura's crew.
Strengths: People often underestimate her because she dresses rather girly and she has no mustles, or so it looks like.
Weaknesses: She cries alot, expecially when she gets in fights with people. She doens't get angry, but she cries.
Attacks: None yet...

Ship placement: Doctor/musician
Name: Leiko
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearence:
Weapons: None
Past: Since she was young, she always loved martal arts and medician, since her father was a dojo master and her mother was a doctor. When she was ten, her best friend died of a mysterious disease, which pushed her harder to become a doctor, since she didn't want to lost anyone else.
Her father trained her in fighting, but he died in a fighting match against a swordsman, which made her spend more time on medication. As a soother, she quickly picked up on music and learned to play the guitar and sing. As a result, she often sings while she works, if the patient isn't in serious condition.
She met Akura's crew because Haru had gotten sick during the voyage. She cared for him and the only thing she wanted in return was to join the crew. She spends most of her time with Belle, and they often exchange girly things, like boys they like and hot guys they meet.
Strengths: Leiko's medical skills are top knotch and she often knows what the problem is before even examining the patient. When her intelligence is challenged, she tends to get mad, but she'll do anything for the one's she loves.
Weaknesses: Leiko will care for anyone in pain, even if it's a villan or a marine. She'll do anything for nakama, even turn herself against them, as long as they don't get hurt.
Attacks: None yet...
