	I have never seen that show bro...what is it about? My favorite anime is Wolf's Rain and any of the Miyazaki films 4laugh

	its about a guy who got a powe that and turn his arm into a robotic arm in the outside of his skin. He fights a gainst teh government. He cool. Later he got his full power that he can use all his power
