Amazing what events in ones life do to a body
If the event is happy the body is filled with gladness and joy
But if the body experiences slight unhappines or anger
The body gets tense, distrought, and causes the rest of the body to react in a rude yet snappy manner
Times like that I wish to unwind in a place of no stress, anger, nor pride
Just to think of pleasant, enlightening, and comforting ways
Only to relax then deal with the problems with a clear mind-set
Instead of going half cocked, which in my case I would feel very stupid
For I would most likely end-up opening my gaping trap and insterting foot

guess im old fashioned and follow the saying "live, laugh, love" when i get stress
i think what do i need to do and just plan it out and for the rest i say to hell with it!
we all have alot of stress and if you throw out the pointless stress its takes alot off
