It won't be said what year this is held in, because such petty things are not acknowledged in the biggest metropolis on the entire earth. It is nearly 10 times bigger than New York City, but NYC does not exist anymore. It was countless millenia ago that it fell out of memory. But people still live the same. In today's Earth, things are just slightly more futuristic. Gizmos more high tech, urchins and thieves are more clever and charming, as it should be. Samon Ela is the biggest department store in the world, and of course it is in Eleven City. Blanket Gardenias is the largest, most beautiful garden in the city. Windypipe Avenue is the high class end of town, Stumick is the ghetto, and Kid Knee is the poor-infested labyrinth. Everyone who goes to Eleven City in hopes of finding their dreams has a different story. Some succeed, some fail. Some flourish, some end up in the 'Knees.
