Pincess Shimmer is the crowned princess of the Starian Kingdom. In her reguler form she has a pale purple dress that has stars all over it. Her tattoo is a water phoniex that was given too her by the Crystal as a Guardian to protect her and the crystal.
She has a key, that has a crystal clear star in the middle of it sarouned by each sigh of the planets, that she has had since birth. This key holds her inner power that is only relesed when she feels that it is time to restore the balance for power to the universe. The key is pale blue and silver, on a white chain.
How she activates this key is with a spell.

When she invokes this power she changes form a Lady with Pink hair and Mist blue eyes to a Lady with Mist blue hair and Sliver eyes and a mark in the shape of a star is reviled on her forhead, her dress is as blue as the moon and beads that go around her waist that are gold. her dress bearly sweeps the ground. she also has pale pink wings in this form.
