The stars appear one by one,
Watching the world beyond and the world below
The rising sun brings vibrant shades of red to the morning sky
Ending the star's reign of twinkling light over our earth
Ocean waves welcome the sun's reflecting light
As they crash into ever-changing sandy shores
Sand shifts below the feet of the living
Children playing on beaches in the day's overwhelming heat
Groups of children run and smile
Ignoring a single boy
His eyes sparkle with lonely tears as he looks up at his only friend.
The sky, decorated with shades of red form the setting sun, protects the rejected boy
Below the boy lies a shadow full of dark sectrets and pain
Eventually the shadow will consume him
Tainting his heart until its purity is gone
But for now the shadow is vanished by the night's dark sky
