Gaara: ....
Tori: ....
Gaara: -Glares-
Tori: -Glares back-
Gaara: ....-shudder- ok, you win this time, Tori.
Tori: -Smiles- you knew i would
Gaara: -sigh- Tori dosen't own anything from Naruto.
Tori: unfortunately... -sighs depressed- I made a couple changes to the ages, and the schools- now you have to take seven years of school- 3 for gennin, 2 for jounin, and 2 for Chunin. hehe...
Gaara: -groans- aw, man... i thought I was DONE with school....
Tori: -huggles- Don't worry, Gaara-kun! It wont be too horrible... at least, I dont think so.... Well, enjoy!

Chapter One- And I didn't see this coming... HOW?!
The alarm on my dresser blared mercilessly, screaming at me at I tugged on the black minidress over my short-shorts to hide the seal on my torso, then quickly wrapped the matching cloth around my hands and whipped downstairs.
My Mother waited at the base of the stairs, holding out a hot pouch of chocolate toaster-cakes. I took the pouch and pecked her cheek. "Thanks, mom! I'll see you after school!" She called 'love you' after me as I whipped out the door, headband pulled down to cover my left eye, a chocolate cake dangling from my mouth while I sprinted down the road.

"Yuzu!" I called, barely winded from the two-mile run as I neared the doors. A small dog whipped out of the bushes beside me as I passed, running only slightly slower than me. "Not late yet, am I, Girl?" The puppy shook it's head, falling another two steps behind untill I stopped outside the doors to catch my breath. I reached down and scratched the panting dogs head. "First day back at school, and I'm almost late. How lucky can I get?"
Inside, I was quickly directed to the over-crowded combat training room, already packed with students, who gave me a three foot bubble. A natural reaction to something as unnatural as me. I slid down to the floor as five dogs quickly jogged over to enjoy the company of animals.
I'd been accused of using dog treats and meat to train the dogs to sit near me, but the dogs just liked that I could understand them perfectly and knew what they wanted to do or try. Yuzu, however, the puppy I'd found wandering the streets, always got the lap seat.
The Kazekage stood above us on a balchoney, looking over us untill we were silent. He seemed focused on three students- myself, a red-head with a gourd sitting just outside my bubble, and a blonde chick leaning against a wall on the otherside.
I felt jealous as I studied their Chakra levels. Unguarded, and both higher than normal, but not as freakishly high as mine, which I'd been working on hiding to keep people from the nasty effects of the hate Naoki gave off in her share of it. It wasn't fair.
"Good morning, Suna Academy students, and welcome back." The Kaze said clearly. A shinobi slipped into the room discreetly, and gave a scroll to each of us. The blonde blinked, and there it was in her lap. Red-head raised an eyebrow as it appeared in front of him. I held out my hand as the shinobi approached me, then he blinked in shock. He must have been moving faster than I thought.
"This year, we have made arangements for a six-student-exchange with Konoha. Three of their students will come here, and three of you shall go there to finnish your training to become Shinobi. You will learn new techniques, gain new friends, and bond our villages, as well as be the first shinobi to have a major- and Minor-degree headband*. These three students are to be packed up and ready to move out by Wednesday of this week, and meet up with their guide in front of the school at Eight in the Morning."
Ice filled my chest. I knew who those three students would be. I was alread standing when he called out their names. "Kaino Asa," The blonde shrugged. "Gaara," The red head slowly got to his feet. "And Victoria Kelina. You are not expected in any classes today or tomorrow. Please go home and get your affairs in order." I was out of the room before he finnished the sentance. Kaino followed me out, and Gaara behind her.
So, instead of killing me, they were just going to send me off to be another villages problem. How... well, expected. I'd kinda figured they'd use a little more violent method, but hey, not my problem.
"Why us?" Kaino muttered. "What so special?"
"Because we're freaks." Gaara replied simply. "They don't like us, so they send us away." Was he psychic or something? Cause he was reading my mind.
I kept walking, trying to drown out the happy titters of the wolf demon Naoki as she looked optimisticly on the situation. Konoha was in a wooded area. Woods meant animals like deer, warthog. Animals meant hunts, cutting loose and killing for dinner, something she hadn't done in far too long.
"Hey, uh... Terrah! Where you going?" Kaino called after me.
I paused long enough to cast a one-eyed glare over my shoulder and call out "It's Tori. I'm Going Home." before I trudged out the doors, flanked by Yuzu.

Sasuke: You-pant- wont beat me-pant- again!
THWACK!
Sasuke: Ow! Did you have to slam it down?!
Tori: Yes, yes I did.
