Histories: Born in the ancient country of Altebyrin, Zarya and Vesper faced much hardship. Their land was not hostile, welcoming many different species, and therefore became prosperous. This too had its disadvantage and soon the country was being overtaken by enemies who were recently unaccounted for, those of evil hybrids who wanted revenge on their parents for making them so. The city soon fell to ruin and left a small faction of survivors, few of which actually lived on whilst the others were picked off by predators and disease. Zarya and Vesper, young in their years, were left to aimlessly deviate and fend off the natural elements that could so easily take them down. They came close to death and Zarya could take no more. Vesper stayed by her side, endlessly howling to the smoke-covered sky. In his last ounce of strength, he smelled out a young human and brought himself to kill her, watching the light flee from the eyes of this prey. After feeding both himself and Zarya, they slowly moved on towards finding a new home.
