yeah, it's a good idea to hire a few people who specialise with different fields :)
i too, have that problem, which is why you should have patience with rewriting countless times D:

well, i guess it mainly depends on the amount of words.
on average for a short story, it would be about 15K, i suppose ?
it truly depends on the quality of your writing, and how much you think your time & effort is worth.

ah, and also, you should expand your area in genres if you are going to create a writing shop :)
