i no a way you could get a defibing ring!

after you do the quest with the garlic sprouts, u click on bill again. Do the quest he offers. (Rescue the cow in Dead man's pass)

Then return with the cow and give the cow to bill.

Click on bill again. Repair all the things he says. Then when you are done, he will give you a choice of picking any ring you want!
