You know what? I just realized that I'm a paradox. I'm a writer who absolutely hates words. I find them horrible and disgusting. They are inaccurate and they can never portray exactly what I mean. There is no such a thing as the perfect word. Every dictionary is wrong, containing nothing more than brief summaries of basically what a bunch of know-it-alls agreed on. But the thing that makes words so horrible and yet wonderful is that no matter what that dictionary says they can never mean absolutely the same thing to any two people. However we have so many words it amazes me. We try so hard to find that nonexistent perfect word because we need to try to tell people what we feel. But it's just impossible now isn't it? That's why I hate it and that's why I write.
