Your outside on a sunny evening, the sun setting so beautifull and dim like a still, orange lava lamp. You laugh with your friend at a joke she made up as you are walking on the sidealk to her house. You reach a small brick house with blue windows. Your friend smiles "Well, I guess I will see you tomorrow ____! Bye and thanks for walking me home!" She says as she walks into her house and shuts the door. You smile and wave back and start walking further on the sidewalk toward your house. You see a young,athletic looking man who you guess would be the age of twenty four. You notice he has a cane and he trips and falls over. You run over and help him up and he smiles and says "thank you, you have a such a kind heart." You smile slightly "your welcome." Something about him doesn't seem right like... he was going to hurt you or something. "Well, I have to go home now! Bye." You say as you starts to walk away and you feel a warm hand grab your arm "you will not be leaving my sight." You hear a voice say. You start to scream as something hits you in the head and you fall over trying to stay awake but you fail. Everything goes black. You wake up with one arm tied to one side of a bed gate, the other tied to the other side same with your legs. You are scared and start to struggle. You hear a door open and it's the guy you helped earlier, just without the cane! That lying brat! You stay silent but your so scared you start to breathe hard as he grabs a knife. He slides it softly on your skin "please let me go! I-I wont tell anyone!" You plead franticly as he stabs you and you scream in pain. You have enver felt this much pain before and you don't know where he stabbed you because you are so dizzy. You succeed in staying awake as he cuts you everywhere and you keep screaming and trying to make the ropes go loose. He runs to a closet and starts laughing hysterically and opens it as bloody dead bodies fall out. You are panting trying to ease the pain you are feeling yet still struggling. You hear another door open and you see a really good looking boy that goes to your school that you have had a crush on and he looks at you in shock "Jason! What the hell are you doing with her?" He yells as he runs to you trying to loosen the ropes. The other guy yells "Sorry little brother but I have to do this now that you know the truth!" he runs to him with a hammer and you struggle so much that you escape and jump right infront of him and get hit with the hammer. You feel so much pain in your head since you were hit there as you fall over and let everything go out of your mind. You wake up in a hospital with the guy looking down at you like he had not been sleeping at all, like he was so scared or something. "Oh thank god!" He yells. "Huh?" You ask. "You were in a coma for nearly two weeks! You saved my life too. Thanks." He says. You feel a little sore yet relaxed and dizzy. You nod slowly. "Are you alright?" he asks concerned. Everything you see starts spinning. You hear him ask the doctor "uh.. is she going to be okay?" "Of course! It's just a side effect from waking up that's all. It's common." The doctor says, you notice that the doctor is smirking at you and you notice that the doctor was putting something into your IV and you see that it was some kind of harmfull drug. You lift your arm up and try to say something but the words wont come out, you see that he doesn't look like he is buying it and everything goes black. You wake up to see many doctors standing over you "Woah! You nearly died!" one doctor says. "Don't worry, that doctor is gone, he can't hurt you anymore." You hear another doctor say. You get out of the hospital in two days and start dating that guy then fall in love and get married and have four beautifull children. The end.

•Awesome But Impractical - Instant Kills. Sure, they end the round automatically if they connect, but most are seriously difficult to hit with. Unless the opponent knows what's coming, in which case they're damn near impossible to hit with.
◦Instant Kills are quite useful when you've dizzied your opponent.
This troper could get Slayer's instant kill in with enough regularity that my friends won't play guilty gear with me if I play him. (Using his dashing punch to knock them against the wall, juggle them a couple of times until they were dizzy, then use his instant kill) Also Baiken's can be comboed into which makes it very difficult to avoid.
•Awesome Mc Cool Name - You'd need to be pretty Badass to go around calling yourself "Sol Badguy".

This is in contrast to the other ending, where his past self's death naturally negates his existence.

◦It's not quite stagnation, as each version adds to the overall complexity of the game (and it gets VERY complex; there are no less than four gauges to watch in combat, and a few characters have five), as well as tweaking the characters, adding special moves, etc. The latest version, Accent Core Plus, includes a Story Mode that continues where XX's story left off, and makes the Survival Mode more awesome by adding stat perks and other bonuses for every Black/Gold character you beat, making it much more friendly to non-maniac fans.
•Captain Ersatz - Slayer is a massive homage to two characters from Giant Robo, Chief Chujo and Shocking Alberto.
◦Resident Stringy Haired Ghost Girl S-ko is a Captain Ersatz of Sadako from The Ring, a fact referenced by Zappa's Instant Kill.

•Even The Guys Want Him - Besides the obvious Bridget, Zato/Eddie seems to be an example in the real world. Half the comments on You Tube videos involving him seem to be more about his "sweet sculptured a**" than anything else. Even in the game, Venom wants him.
•Evil Is Sexy - I-No proves this to the fullest. She actually takes her top off in one of her win poses. Sadly, she turns around while she does it...

•Evil Twin: Robo Ky, who literally was just a palette swap of Ky in his first appearance (GGXX) with a slightly different portrait. He came into his own with exclusive sprites and movesets starting with #RELOAD.

•Eyepatch Of Power - Zato-1/Eddie's blindfold could count. Subverted with Baiken, who's missing an eye, but doesn't wear a patch.

•Our Vampires Are Different - Slayer is immune to sunlight; also partly subverted, since he appears to be giving up willingly when defeated. Then again, he appears to be immune to pretty much everything else...
•Panty Shot - Let's just say every female fighter wearing a skirt (yes, this includes Bridget's shorts) and leave it at that.

On one hand you'd have to be blind not to get the musical reference in Slayer or Zappa's names. On the other, Jam's is a subtle Cloudberry Jam reference, due to her surname being a Japan-romanized writing of "cloudberry"
◦Also, Potemkin has some moves that constitute references to anime, like his Gigantic Pressure move being like Hell and Heaven or shouting "Yonjuuhachi no Hissatsuwaza!" as he performs the Potemkin Buster.
