No, they get changed randomly. I was a bit annoyed; I'=d just gotten a 1400 gold hairdo when I decided to switch - it wasn't there when I switched back.

Yes, really. The first poster (you) has to both have the achievement available AND be the correct gender in the case of clambake and sausage party. Did you already use your free potions? They're kind of expensive otherwise.
