well.. unfortunately.. not these little kids that losing their limbs... Anyway sometimes they aim it at homes.. -_-... My house kept being aim since it looks deserted and roomy.

Ahhh.. I was wrong.. It seem the India in my country are wiser XD.. They play it at night so the police will not bother to search for them XD. Its kinda against the law to play with firecracker or sell them here.. since too many accidents of young children losing limbs.. Its not like it is enforce strictly though =P, people still play with them.. Just on special occasions and hidden XD.
