About

Winged Timberwolf

I have the spirit of the wolf. I observe silently, and I am strong and proud.

I prefer to work with a group (or a "pack") rather than by myself.

I always try to be honest about myself and what I do.

I am also a dedicated artist attending University.

I can
be serious when I need to be, but I also like to be silly in things I say/do/write/eat/combine/thing about.

I am
also responsible for your missing left sock.

Please
don't send me random friend requests. Try to get to know me first!

The End is near...

Whatever it wants to be, it will, and it just depends on what it feels like. Guests are welcome, just...don't feed the Journal. It tends to get hungrier, and will eat anything....ANYTHING. Also don't submerge the journal in water, for it will mutate

Aww, flattery will get you everywhere! wink
I'm surprised you would think I have strong movie senses. I will most definitely try not to disappoint.

I have seen many strange, shocking and slightly disturbing films. I could write a list of all the ones (the ones I remember) I've seen so far. Or just recommend a few. For my sister and I's "Mystery Science Theater" we agreed that we would only see films that we haven't seen. If I, or she saw it (regardless of whether or not one of us hasn't seen it) we wouldn't see it again. I hope that I didn't confuse you with my wording. I sort of confused myself while writing it. sweatdrop

Oh wow. You are like Will then, with your own version of empathy. I didn't find the cooking scenes disgusting or anything of the sort. I was actually quite impressed at how well and accurate things were done. (In terms of the organs) You see, anatomy is my forte. So I couldn't help but admire the skill with which he did certain things. Then the creativity behind preparing such gorgeous dishes. There were a few instances where I was slightly repulsed, yet I could not look away. It was a mixture of emotions. I think it was with "Buffet Froid" and "Roti"; because I found myself actually asking "Is that physically possible?" Strange I know.

I've only seen Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal and Red Dragon. I refused to see Hannibal Rising and I have yet to see Manhunter. I think I will however see Manhunter first. I'll add it to our watch list. Tomorrow is AniMonday so I hope we'll see a animated film tomorrow. Oh, I haven't read the books either. I tried though...

I almost forgot. Do you have any aversions to anything in particular? Any subjects or situations you are uncomfortable with? I just want to know before I start reviewing films. I wouldn't want to offend any sensibilities with my film selections/recommendations.

PS. My caption reads "lose face". I most certainly believe they are toying with us.

Oh wow. Did you see the unaired episode? I have yet to see that one.

It is dark but oh so well written. I actually like that. I hope that you don't mind me saying this, but I find that tv and Hollywood in general tend to dumb things down too much. Don't you hate it when you're watching a program or a movie and you know what's going to happen next?
When characters are poorly developed, flat, dull and unreal? I have met my fair share of dull and unreal people in reality, but as a writer, producer or whomever it is that is in charge or character development; you should make an effort to entertain people in a smart way. Did I rant a bit much? sweatdrop

Anyway, that's one of the reasons I'm not much of a movie goer. I love movies, but I very much dislike predictability or typical patterns in storytelling. Does that make sense to you?
I asked my sister to watch a movie a day with me. Document, rate it; or write a few sentences on our journals and publish it on our profiles. Something much like Mystery Science Theater 3000". My sister agreed but we still haven't watched any movies. That was two weeks ago. crying I think I'll start without her. The things is that if I do, I won't have anyone to discuss characters, plots or cinematography with. Oh, well.... I guess I'll wait.

I almost forgot to ask you, what disgusted you about the series?

Oh my! I think there are tiny bot spies lurking around. My caption reads "my dear watson". Do you know something I don't know? wink

That happens to me too. I just close Towns and come back in a while.
