Kay so,
near the bottom near the scroll bars and there is an annoying moving tab that says quick links with a giant arrow,
click that and click "trade"
you can buy a trading pass there.

cape cod was so cool. the house we stayed at was right on the beach. on saterday we woke up at six to watch the sun rise!!! it was so pretty
