This was ridiculous.

Itachi sniffed loudly and brought a hand to his forehead.

Definitely messed up.

“Nii-san, how are you feeling?”

He turned his head slowly and tried to make out the fuzzy outline of his little brother. He sniffed again and groaned loudly. He felt his brother’s cool hand on his warm forehead and savored it for a minute.

“Okaa-san told you not to train in the rain.”

Itachi glared at him as best he could. He then coughed suddenly and turned on his side. “Leave me alone,” he growled.

“No way,” Sasuke replied. “I was given the job of taking care of you, nii-san.”

Itachi groaned again and turned on his stomach, burying his face into his pillow. He had never been sick in his life and because he had stayed out a bit too long in the rain the other day, he now had a cold. And Sasuke was taking care of him. Not that he minded having his brother caring for him, but the kid was determined to do his job right and wouldn’t let him do anything.

He couldn’t breathe out of his nose, which irritated him. His head was warm, his throat hurt, and he had a constant cough. Sasuke took his temperature for the third time that day and then gave him some nasty tasting medicine. Whoever thought orange was a good flavor for cold medicine must have been severely brain dead. That, or incapable of taste. So Itachi ended up gagging and ordering Sasuke to bring him water when he had to down the disgusting orange liquid.

“It’ll make you feel better,” Sasuke would say.

Itachi wanted to punch him. He loved his brother very much, but he loved his taste buds more. He could hear them crying every time he took the medicine. Itachi hated having nothing to do except sleep in bed. He wasn’t the type of person that slept in. He was up at the crack of dawn most days. But he was under strict orders to sleep until he felt better.

Sasuke would sometimes come and tell stories to him about what he had done at school. At first it was annoying, because little brothers talking about stuff you don’t care about is annoying. But eventually Itachi began to listen to his brother and enjoy hearing his stories. And Sasuke had a habit of bringing in bundles of tomatoes whenever their mother had said they were ripe for eating.

Itachi was given a few slices to help his appetite along while Sasuke devoured most of them. Although tomatoes weren’t his favorite food, they tasted better than his medicine. He really wanted some dangos and once asked Sasuke if he could smuggle some in for him.

“I can’t!” he cried. “Okaa-san told me you can’t have any sweets, nii-san!”

The older Uchiha pouted slightly and sniffed (because of his stuffed nose). To Sasuke, however, it sounded like he was about to cry. “You can’t do this one thing for me, Sasuke?” Itachi was inwardly grinning. Sasuke couldn’t defy him; he loved him too much.

Sasuke’s cheeks turned pink. “I…well…just one stick!” With that, Sasuke ran off and came back with a stick of three dangos. Itachi’s face lit up and he happily took them from his brother. He savored their taste because he could already see Sasuke pouring the orange medicine of death.

Two days in bed with nothing to do except drink nasty medicine and listen to your brother talk will take it out of you, Itachi realized. His cough had escalated to the point where he was now hacking up phlegm. This, in turn, had his brother gagging and running from the room every time. His temperature was still pretty high and his nose was stuffier than ever. He was forced to eat chicken soup and to gargle with salt water to stop his throat from hurting.

“I hate dis,” he grumbled finally, his stuffy nose ruining his speech.

Sasuke gave him a sympathetic look. “It’s nearly done, nii-san. You’ll been fine soon.”

“I cand’t wait dat long.”

Sasuke giggled. “Don’t talk, nii-san.”

Itachi blinked. “Why dot?”

“You sound stupid.”

So Itachi kept his mouth shut so that he wouldn’t sound like a complete idiot every time he opened it. His mother came in to see him that afternoon and fawned over him the whole time. Sasuke had a fun time laughing at him.

“Itachi, you look so cute,” she cooed.

He glared at her. “I do dot.”

“Oh, and your voice!” she chuckled. She left after spoon-feeding him his medicine, which he felt like spitting back out at her. Sasuke continued to laugh.

“You’re so precious, nii-san,” he said with a grin.

“Shud up.”

By the fourth day, Itachi could breathe out of his nose again, his throat didn’t hurt, his cough had diminished, and his body temperature had gone down. In other words, he was better. He was able to leave his bed and walk around for the first time in four days. His legs ached from not walking. He hurried to the kitchen to get some breakfast. When he didn’t see Sasuke for about a half-hour, he went to check on him in his room.

His brother was still in bed. Itachi smiled slightly and was about to turn and leave when he heard a sniff and a cough. Oh no, he thought. He rushed inside and saw his brother’s cheeks bright red from a fever. Itachi sat down next to him and brushed Sasuke’s dark bangs from his eyes. Sasuke looked up at him and smiled.

“I guess it’s my turn to take care of you,” Itachi said with a sigh. “You need to be more careful, Sasuke. Colds are contagious.”

“I know. Sorry, nii-san,” he croaked out. He closed his eyes.

Itachi decided that training could wait. His brother needed him. He leaned down and kissed Sasuke’s forehead before leaving the room to get the medicine and thermometer. Sasuke was already fast asleep by the time he returned. His lips turned up slightly. He climbed in next to his brother on the bed and wrapped his arms around him. Sasuke mewled slightly as he was brought against his brother’s chest. Itachi held him close, stroking his spiky hair.

“I’m here for you, otouto.”

Sasuke smiled as he snuggled closer into his brother’s embrace.

okay, now starting yaoi.

“Itachi-niisan? Can I come in?”
“Whatever, but I’m in the bathtub.”

Quietly and with a bright crimson blush on his cheeks, Sasuke skipped into the room.

“Itachi?”

“What?”

“C-Can I...umm...join you?”

“Wha~?! Umm...I’m...I told you...”

“Pwease?”

“I-Hai, if you’re good with it.”

Slowly the raven started unbuttoning his blue oversized pyjamas, revealing a pale, scarred chest to the hungry eyes of the elder Uchiha.

“Mh,...C’mere....” he mumbled with half-lidded eyes.

Quietly the raven obeyed and kneeled beside the tub.

“Get out of the rest...” Itachi murmured as he ran a hand over the smaller’s chest. Again, Sasuke obeyed until he stood there fully naked.

“Ni-Ni-san...?”

“C-Come in...” said Uchiha muttered in a sultry voice, motioning for the smaller boy to join him.

“H-How?” the raven asked bluntly, scratching the back of his head nervously.

“Whaa~ J-Jus sit down like I weren’t in here---kay?”

“Kay.”

Carefully the raven stepped into the hot water and came to sit upon the older Uchiha’s well-toned abs.

“Sasu—Sasuke-chan..” Itachi let his hands rest on the other’s pale hips.
Understanding what his brother wanted, the raven leaned down, kissing him. Unlike earlier the kiss was more heated and demanding.

“Sasu..ke...kun...? Y-You sure you want this? We could stop now..?” the older Uchiha suppressed a moan trying to escape his pale lips.

As a response the younger raven grinded his hips against the other’s, receiving a low, long moan from the back of Itachi’s throat.
Itachi, in turn feeling very uncomfortable being pinned to the ground of he tub, now sat up, unwillingly making Sasuke slide to his chest more closely, as the raven now sat in his lap.
A light moan came from the raven as Itachi pressed him close and crushed their lips together in a passionate kiss.
Slowly, almost tauntingly the older Uchiha stroke along the other’s spine, making him moan yet again. Taking the opportunity, Itachi slid his tongue in between his brother’s slightly parted lips.

“Mhh....I....” Sasuke tried to speak but as Itachi bucked his hips all ideas of talkig left the young raven’s now mushed mind.

“Nii...saan...so good...”

Itachi couldn’t help but smirk as he licked along a pale jawline and then kissed the younger Uchiha’s wrists.

“OI! Where are you kissing?!-“

Itachi tenderly suckled the scars his brother had so cleverly hidden from everyone.

“Mhh, Nii-san...”

The older Uchiha had now left the pale wrists and occupied himself with a long, dark scar across Sasuke’s abs. He licked along it, making the raven shiver and when he gently brushed his brother’s n****e Sasuke let out yet another loud moan.

“Ita-chi...mmh...”

Itachi now massaged the other abandoned n****e with his left hand, tweaking it between his fingers, getting a different reaction out of his brother everytime, until the raven bucked his hips.

“Mmh....” Itachi gave another deep long moan from the back of his throat, a sound which Sasuke chose he liked. His brother just looked undeniably sexy sitting there under him and suckling his scars, occassionally moaning.
Sasuke tried to memerize the view of Itachi with closed eyes, and slightly parted lips giving off the most appealing sounds he’d ever heard anyone make.

“Sasu...ke....” the older Uchiha now occupied himself with the other’S mouth once more as he slowly and lovingly pressed him close and massaged his back.

“Ita..chi...niisan!” Sasuke sighed deeply and threw his arms around the raven’s neck.

“I..I’m asking you one last time...” Itachi’s moist breath hit his brother’s ears and made Sasuke quiver, “D-Do you seriously want us to...you.....to go on?”

To emphasize the last words the raven pressed their erections together almost too forcefully.

“Aah...Itachi...,” the younger Uchiha arched his back and bit the other’s neck hard in order to keep himself from screaming out loud, “I...now-please....”

“Fine..I....,” the older Uchiha blushed a bit. “D-Do you have any...you know...lubricant?”

“Huh? What?” Sasuke asked, his lust-dark onyx eyes big in confusion once more.

“Jeez....well, fine. I guess that means no anyways...”

Itachi started to slowly lick along the surprised smaller raven’s collarbone and carefully slid his hand up to the younger Uchiha’s lips.

“What?- Put them away, dammit!”
Sasuke still looked confused and his face gleamed in a 100 different shades of crimson.

“What? I thought you w-?”

“Yeaaah, meh...but-you know ...I know how to do it with a girl ...but...how do two...you know?”

“Oh jeez,” Itachi furrowed his eyebrows and pulled the small raven close to him. “Foolish little brother...it works the same way.”

“Well, how? We don’t have the...you know...girl thingy...-I know we don’t!” The small Uchiha choked out, blushing furiously.

“B-But...jeez, this is so embarassing...”

“Wh-?”

“Eeeeh...how about we just do it?” Itachi looked the other in the eyes helplessly as he brought their pale foreheads together.
“It’s just so confusing...I know I wanna do something with you, but I...” Sasuke smiled despite the fact that tears were leaking from his lust darkened eyes.
“B-But I don’t even know what...”

“D-Don’t worry...just...eeeh....I’m gonna tell you when I’m doing something, ‘kay...” Itachi smiled reassuringly at the small raven, “Sasu-kun?”

Again the Uchiha started suckling the crook of the raven’s neck and slid his hand up to his lover’s mouth.

“WTF?”

“Just wet them.”

“There’s water, you know!”

Itachi bit down hard in annoyance.
“Foolish little brother, water is NOT saliva -.-“

“Fine!” Sasuke just shrugged and tenderly sucked on his lover’s fingers.
Itachi wandered across the raven’s collarbone and eventually removed his hand.

“So...that’s the....mmmhh...part hnn...where it gets diffi...difficult.”

Itachi carefully raised his kneew off the ground of the tub to get free access and Sasu could still sit on his lower hips comfortably.

“Hey wha-“

“Shh...” the older Uchiha pulled Sasuke close and slowly started inserting the first finger.

“OI!” the raven complained trying to edge away.

“Foolish little brother....believe me, this is going to help...” Itachi tried to console his brother as he kissed Sasuke sweetly on the lips, trying to gently force them apart.
The procedure continued until Sasuke suddenly edged down onto the older Uchiha’s hand, bucked his hips and arched his back.

“Hnn...”Itachi smirked against the moist skin of Sasuke’s forehead.

“ Ani...ki...you’re not...hmm...gonna do wha~,,,,,what I think you’re g-gonna do...?” the onyx eyed boy breathed in a strained voice, occassional moans excaping his throat.

“D-Depends...” the older Uchiha replied as he now carefully removed his hand.”Wait...”

They shifted in the small tub until Itachi straddled Sasuke’s hips to the base of the tub forcefully, for sure leaving bruises. “Kay?”

“Mh-hm. All g-good...”
Itachi looked the raven up and down. From his dark, night blue raven hair to his onyx orbs down to his well-shaped torso. “Foolish little brother....you’re pretty...”

“I’m...hmnmm....not a girl...” the younger Uchiha blushed and quickly looked away.

“Seriously....” Itachi leaned down and once more traced all of the lines on his younger brother’s body with his tongue, makng the raven squirm pleasantly.

“Ani...ki....”

“I love you...” with that Itachi kissed the raven fiercely and slid into him some way.

“OI!”

“Shh.”

“THAT ******** kills!”

“Could you just....mhhhh.....”the older Uchiha couldn’t help himself any more and thrust into the frail form below him all the way.

“Ugh....” Sasuke grunted as a sole tear threatened to leak from the corner of his eye, whilst Itachi just moaned in his deep voice.

“I...g-gomen ....Sasu-chan....I...couldn’t...nng - help myself...”

”Aniki...” the raven choked out, now clinging to his brother’s neck like when they were smaller and he’d been to tired to walk on his own. “Owie...”

“You moro...mmmh.....quit the – nng..clenching you...fool...” the older Uchiha panted heavily, pressing the still shaking Sasuke to his chest.

Itachi now patiently waited for the raven to nod for him to go on. Yet. Itachi had not taken his brother’s foolishness into account.

“Umm....brother?”

“Hnn?”

“Ehh..can I...you know..?”

“Umm huh? What?” sunnden realization showed in his dark orbs. “You—You mean...?”

“Yup.”

Sasuke stiffly nodded and very slowly the older Uciha slid back out only to pause a moment and then thrust his hips sharply.

“OW...hey...wait...mhhh...do that again...”

“Foolish....little bro...ng..” the older Uchiha panted, smirking into the soft flesh of said ninja’s pale neck before he bit down hard enough to daw blood. “Good...after all...”

At the last word yet another hard thrust into the frail form followed the first one, causing not only a flash of pain to shoot up Sasuke’s spine, but also a wave of pleasure to flood his entire body, causing him to shiver yet again.

“Ita...Itachii...” Sasuke choked out, digging his fingertips into the older Uchiha’s pale back. “I...I’m...”

“Foolish...little bro...” said raven dug as deep into the small Uchiha as he could with all his force, “Shh...”

“Huh?” Sasuke eyed him confusedly, trying to hold back his grunts, “ I didn’t even say any-“

“I..I think I...ngg...heard something...” slowly the older Uchiha moved them back into a sitting position, Sasuke’s pale thighs wrapped around his hips tightly. Itachi was facing the door, his sharingan spinning.

“You...you don’t...uwaaa....have a kunai in reach ... right..ng..?”

“Um....ng...sure....”
With a simple handseal a piece of the wall beside the tub broke loose and Sasuke nodded at the various shuriken and kunais inside.

“Th...They’re all....”

“Hnn...shut up...”

“Hn...” as the older Uchiha reached over and took a hold of two blood stained kunai, he was forced to lift his hips a little bit.
This almost caused Sasuke to go over the edge as he let out the loudest moan yet.

“Foolish little bro...shh...” Itachi squeezed the smaller boy tightly to his chest in a protective manner. “Ng...”

“Aniki...” Sasuke tried to pull back a little, “please....let’s just...fni- AH!”

The older Uchiha had now again started to thrust in and out of the raven’s frail form. It took them awhile until they moved in sync once more and soon the water started to spill over the edge of he tub more frequently.

“I’m...uwa~...g-gonna...” all of a sudden the raven started to quiver uncontrollably and dug his fingertips into Itachi’s back deeply, causing his brother to hiss out a sharp breath.

“Just...let....mhh...” Itachi bit down hard on his lover’s neck as he tried to hold back his climax, while Sasuke seemed unable to do so and loudly came, clutching to the older Uchiha’s shoulderblades tightly, leaving deep scratches.

“Ani..ki...”

“Ngh...” the older Uchiha’s deep throaty grunting hollered through the bathroom loudly. “Sa-Sasuke-kuun.....I’m gonna....nghh...”

Just to keep the little bit of dignity he still had left, Sasuke tried whether he could quicken the older Uchiha’s climax by clenching down on him as tightly as he could. He received the result immediately.
With one last, sharp thrust the Uchiha let out a long dark moan and came deep inside the smaller raven, causing him to sigh deepy and shiver under him.
They stayed in their position for a while, Sasuke leaning numbly against his aniki’s toned chest and Itachi pulled said raven close possessively.
Eventually their panting ceased and Itachi slowly removed himself.

“Ehh...Sasuke-kun?”

“Hnn..?”

“I can sense someone in the living room...”

“Huh.....who?”

“I dunno....some kid....” <********....”

“The Kyuubi kid?” Itachi merely smirked. <******** he wanted to come over..I forgot....kuso ...WAH ...!”

“What’s so bad about he’s here?” <********....” Sasuke sighed, slapping his own forehead as just outside the bathroom two sapphire orbs widened in shock, tears spilling from them.
