Xytras.

Hailing from a burnt out star in a galaxy light years from the milky way, he lives amongst humans, a veteran of a planetary war.

Xytras was once a soldier of high rank, A Commander of a Legion of Shock Troops. Then the war came, a great struggle over precious resources which were becoming scarce on his home world. His legion fought countless battles, the war it self decimating the landscape of the planet. When things started go for the worse, he took what was left his legion and entered into mercenary work. Xytras and his legion defected from a failing nation, entering into mercenary work for nations and corporations trying to salvage some sort civilization.

When it became obvious to certain planetary leaders that the planet did not have long before it could not support life anymore. Xytras caught wind of this through various contacts, and decided to make a plan for himself, and his legion with their families to escape.

Their were complications along the way. Enemies from the opposing side had trailed their escape, damaging Xytras's ship while in pursuit before the refugee cargo ship could break into hyperspace.

Xytras survived the crash landing on Earth. His legion, along with their families lay broken amongst the wreckage. Only an elite blood line carried the gene granting the sort of abilities Xytras has. None of his troops, or passengers, carried that particular genetic marker.

Xytras has no clue if there were any other survivors of his home world. In his heart he hopes not, he has no desire to bury any more people like he did his soldiers. Or fight someone like himself, who may have been on the opposing side.

With abilities much superior to any average member of his own race, much less the humans of earth, this Alien found it wisest to assimilate himself amongst humans. Xytras has chosen to use his powers to help the human race bring down it's worse threats. He has even taken on a code name.

Sagadine

A Super Powered Government Agent doing work most "heroes" simply can't do. Taking down the enemy by any means necessary.

Super Speed (Up to Mach 2)

Vacuum Support
Crackling Blasts of Red Kinetic Energy. Due to shoulder mounted Alien weaponry salvaged from the crash.
Super Strength (Can easily throw a 4x4 truck.)
Highly Resistant to Most Damage (Bullets bounce off, but a Nuke is still a Nuke.)

Extensive Combat Training(Firearms, Melee, Hand To Hand, Urban Warfare, Infantry Maneuvers, Espionage, Demolition.)

Known Weakness

His home planet had high levels of radiation, makeing his race as a whole physically resilient, and the elite soldiers of his (such as himself) race are the utmost extreme specimens of of Xytras' home world.

Though powers that affect the mind or spirit (Psionics and Magic) are incredibly effective against Sagadine. It seems his Alien brain chemistry makes him susceptible to the mystical and weak against mind attacks.
