Hey! I'm Bastien, Basi for short. I'm kind of a jack-of-all trades, or a Renaissance man. Music, art, literature, science, history... I do it all, and frequently reasonably well.Whatever your initial impression was, it's probably right. I tend to be rather a bit stuck up, and more than a little theatrical.
I like to cosplay.

RP (Bastien)
I've been RPing for eight years now. I am fully literate, when given engaging partners and a dynamic setting.
I've spent the last decade building a world with my sister, with input from various auxiliary RPers in the last five or so years. It's a fully developed fantasy/sci-fi cross based loosely on Earth. Lately, I've been rejecting most RP not of a similar vein, and simply getting my fix with my sister in Archelaus. If you have a taste for gritty retro-apocalyptic sci-fi, though, hit this account up! I can't guarantee which of us will respond, but we're both very capable RPers with fully-rounded casts and either of us will be able to satiate you.

One Impressive Resume (Forumcat)
I've been doing roleplay for seven or eight years now. I've been on multiple forums of all different levels, have created several worlds, one of which, a joint venture with Bastien, is fully realised. I've moderated on five different sites and been on Gaia since before I was allowed (whoops, maybe I shouldn't admit that)
Bastien won't admit it, but we're RP communists, too. Half of his characters are actually mine and vice versa. Shh! Don't tell the RP gods!
RP has impacted my writing massively. I've won numerous awards for my poetry and several for prose. I'm kind of a stickler for grammar, in that I dislike comma splices where they aren't needed to influence tone and things of that nature, but I also recognise that after a certain point, people may understand the rules enough to know when they may be broken.
