INSPECTOR'S NOTES
Zane Savage, born in 1830, Turned by some other vampire on a night during a walk at the colony of Yorktown. He claims he was, in the following order: Alexander Hamilton, Sir James Cooke, Adrian Carton de Wiart, and some other... "distinctive" figures throught history. he's a historian of the old ways of the vampires, studying how they tick and how history behaved with them. he has his own little sect of close friends, and lots of contacts spread on a byzantine web across the globe. of course, being the man he is, he needs a facade, and the current one is of a playboy, spending old money from a family from England, to which he, conveniently, is the sole heir. currently being chased by one Inspector Chase Merigold from the Central City Police Department, since she thinks there's something odd about him. what developments can happen? up to anyone's guess.

Napoleon of Crime. Mastermind. The Criminal Consultant. The Hood. Many adjetives, one target: The Man living on the penthouse at the Prisim. How does someone can be so rich with so many displays of power? how does he keep these exquisite collections? and how his business stay afloat? Zane's not telling. though some witnesses do say something about a man on a black Lincoln Continental at the Docks, dealing with suspected members of the Shadow Tong, having private meetings late night at a hangar with people with ties to the Mob, walking in and out of derelict buildings alone and as if he knew every footsoldier armed with a happy trigger finger and coming out of these places unscathed. what is this man doing? and why so many investigations come after him, and how they never find anything? Who is Zane Savage?
