The enticing buck torso does well with a lot of tank tops and bests, even a few open coats and shirts are nice too.
There are a few other muscle tops but they don't all let you remove the items from them.

I'm too lazy to do it, and I'm not 100% in the know with newer items.

I do agree with you though, so few manly items compared to items for female bases, and every time a muscle item comes out all the people who use female bases cry and cry and cry about it.
It's insane since like 70% of items are unisex, 29.9% are female, and 0.1% are male only.
