how i hurt my hip?
is that what you were asking?
if it was, i got home last thursday and was listening to some music on my ipod.
it was a really good song so i started dancing hard to it,
and i woke up the next morning with my hip hurting.
it is almost back to normal though, i give it a few more days and it should be fine.
