Ok , so theres 2 kinds of profiles you can get a custom , profile where you can edit what you want on it or , a classic profile which I have , you can add many different layouts to classic profiles. (and backgrounds and stuff to custom ones) Yoou have a custom one , so If you would like to change it to classic go to my gaia>account settings>preferences click it and change your profile theme to classic.
You can get layouts from the website tektek.org (i recomend) or (golayouts) I use tektek smile theres also information on there about all items here on gaia and you can create a dream avatar and lots of fun stuff. Also with classic profiles you can add a youtube video to your profile if you need help with that just ask me lol.

Yes you joined at kind of a bad time because the market place is down right now , so just go to , shop and on the drop down menue click stores , and select a store you want and cloths to buy, you will get the hang of it smile
