Brief Summary
My name is Jeffrey. I'm 15, and am heading into 10th grade. Born in Portsmouth and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia, I've had a pretty quiet life up into now. Life goes on and things change, I suppose. I have a bad work ethic but I will go out of my way to help others. I guess I'm that way because I have been tortured, and I've been neglected, and I can never wish that level of pain on anyone.
