Slade has superior physical strength and fighting skills. He is a bona-fide genius, with great knowledge in robotics, as well as military, political, and subversive strategy. He seems to possess some knowledge of ceremonial magic (as seen in Forces of Nature). He appears to have access to extremely advanced technology and various secret hideouts, nearly unlimited resources, and a vast army of robot minions. However, Slade's most notable quality is that he is a master of manipulation and psychology, allowing him to get his foes to do almost anything he wants through shrewd manipulation.His primary goal seems to be to destroy the Teen Titans, though his motivations for doing so are not clear. From the darkness of his secret compound, Slade dispatches other villains to do his dirty work, though he's never deterred from taking matters into his own hands.
