There is not a reset button, nor any program to bypass the keylock.
I hope they had the good in them to return it.

Well, maybe a little mroe than a shred of hope.
Because I have a keylock on it.
and it's pretty difficult.
so, either they just throw it at a wall, or destroy it.
or they give it to the lost and found.
