Significant Information: Alois Trancy's butler and bodyguard; or that's what he is at the moment, having made a contract with the Trancy heir. In actuality, Claude is a demon who can shapeshift- once taking the form of a spider to make the aforementioned contract.
He's a straight-laced butler who shows nothing but absolute loyalty to his master, although he comes across as largely emotionless and doesn't tend to respond to triggers such as taunting and tantrums. Claude, unlike most, seems able to adapt to Alois Trancy's erratic moods and remain unfazed by them all. He is well-aware of his young master's darkness and is very much devoted to his cause.

He knows and hates Sebastian Michaelis.
