Hay, don't feel bad. I have a host of "So Called Friends on my Gaia Account" sad and only a couple of them wished me a Happy Birthday January 7. sad ) Only one of my friends gave me a gift biggrin and I think one or two gave me a birth day greeting and both of these were after my birthday. You know on our "Home Page/My Gaia, we have "Status", tell your friends what you are up too. I posted there that my "So called Friends, didn't remember me on my birthday, not a greeting from them. I got two greeting after that. One was more than a month later. How's that for friends. neutral You know Saiyuki of Cloud, I don't care about a gift, I either have what I need and want or "I" will get what I want. I never have begged or asked anyone for anything since I first joined Gaia years ago. I'm that way in real life. I work and get want I want/need. It's just nice having others to remember you on your birthday. I don't know about you; but, being remembered makes me feed good inside. It let's me know my friends care about me, even if this is virtual. I'm glad my "Real" friends in real life are not like these people here on Gaia. I got gift from all of them and they took me out for my birthday. They spent the whole day showing me a good time! biggrin
