I'm glad you're open to advice from others. I know I can be harsh.
I'm no good personally; I usually just critique.
I do, however, have a friend who is rather good.

Oh well forgive me for being a bit upset but my sister was hit by a car last week and she's in a coma. If it was advice that you wanted, then you should have stated that in the first place.

Ahh, I see. ^ ^
Well, I recommend looking up anime or manga "speed paint" videos on Youtube OR studying manga.
Study and try to copy how the artists shade hair, colour/shine eyes, and sketch limbs.
The overall shading isn't bad, so focus on that later. Right now you guys need anatomy work, THEN colour, THEN shading. Hope this helps!

Well, I have a art thing up (well not really me, but I taught him how to do it) on Youtube his name is kgude and he will teach you how to drawe a realistic eye. He helped me draw people and now I have 50,000 dollars for selling my paintings
