yeah you should do the achievements just for the heck of it.
The sex change one works for those who decide to have a boy avi instead of the girl avi they have.
My friend wanted to change hers to a boy avi for the mad hatter look. Its kinda cool.
Now she dresses her avi like a girl and other people think that she is gay and a guy XD
