Play Booty Grab. If you are at least 18, have had your account for at least 6 months, have made at least 300 forum posts, and made at least 100 ToS violation reports, you can apply to be a moderator. To be a forum assistant, you have to be asked by Gaia, there is no way to apply independently. To be a developer, administrator, or artist, you would have to apply in person at Gaia hq in San Jose, CA.
