Gee, where to start...
Well, I'm Bartz Klauser, born of Dorgann Klauser and Stella in the town of Lyx, a sleepy little town surrounded by mountains. My mother died when I was young, so my dad began taking me with him on his adventures. He passed away when I was 17. I met Boko, my pet Chocobo, sometime after. Three years later, a huge meteor crashed not too far away from Castle Tycoon, and my entire life changed. I was soon embarking on a quest to save the Crystals from destruction and preventing the revival of an evil entity, a warlock named Exdeath (sounds like a cheery guy, no?), that, get this, my own father had sealed away 30 years prior! I seriously had no idea!
... Unfortunately for the Crystals, I wasn't that great at my job and both sets were soon destroyed. The divided worlds rejoined, and Exdeath obtained the power of the Void and starting plunging the world into the endless abyss. We also lost the life of our dear friend, Galuf (who was also a king. Did I mention the rest of my party were royalty? ... I feel so... common). Fortunately, Krile took up his mantle, and we traveled to the heart of the Void to rescue Lenna and defeat Exdeath. When Exdeath perished, the Crystals were restored, and the world returned to normal. Not divided or anything.
... Oh, I kinda forgot to mention Gilgamesh, didn't I? Eh, it's really not that important. He says I'm his, "Eternal Rival" or some junk. ... I kinda miss him, though. He was a nice guy. Wonder what he's been up to?
Oh, but, yeah, something else happened... I don't know when... Heck, I'm not even sure if it really did happen, but, at one point, I was ripped from my homeworld and ploped in some weird alter-dimension to fight in some "War of the Gods" or some junk. I got picked by Cosmos, the Goddess of Harmony. I don't really remember many of the battles too clearly. ... I kinda remember fighting Gilgamesh... and a pain in my back. Oh, and how could I forget the good friends I made there? Zidane, the blond thief with a tail (I so want one, by the way), and Squall, the quiet guy who's really a big softy once he warms up to you (it took a while, by the way). Anyway, Cosmos told us we needed to get our Crystals to end the war and defeat Chaos. Dude, you should have seen him. I mean, damn, I thought Exdeath was ugly.
Anyway, the 10 Warriors of Cosmos teamed up and kicked his butt, then we all went home. Of course, me being the adventurous guy I am, I couldn't sit still for long. I went poking in the Void and ended up here. It's kinda nice here, actually. I've met some people I know here too. I think I'll stick around for a while. ~<3
