Apologies for the late reply; got distracted haha. orz

And yess, some moments were quite tragic and brutal but I feel like I zoom past those parts and help me get on with the plot way faster than if those moments were not present. Call me weird but it's such a good series so far that I can't contain my patience for too long while reading. Help me get back into the habit of reading because my motivation has been lacking as of recently.

I see, I see. I'm not a big fan of changing the original storyline for good series unless I am unaware of said storyline. I just rewatched the Prince of Persia movie with my roommate tonight. It was as awesome as it was seven years ago but I learned that it differed from the original plot of the game it was based on. Still really enjoyed it so might as well pass it on to others. emotion_c8

Awww that's cool. My friend loaned me Wizard's First Rule and I didn't think I could finish it but it was surprisingly good. I don't really care for all the minute details of surrounding areas but it's impressive just how much detail he goes into describing everything. In my opinion, the story and the interactions among characters were done very well. Goodkind does a good job at making the readers actually care about the characters. Richard and Kahlan have been through so much already; I'm always wishing the best for them even when I'm at the edge of my seat. It's a great series so far haha.

The Legend of the Seeker had so much potential but I heard it was canceled. Such a shame.

That's difficult to answer, to be honest. I think Richard and Kahlan are the most interesting characters thus far. Richard, being of D'haran descent made him a lot more interesting. I'm very curious what would happen if Richard and Kahlan give birth to a son since a male confessor seems like one of the most dangerous creations of mankind.
