Tarrlok was a former Northern Water Tribe representative and former Chairman of the United Republic Council, He was an ambitious politician considered fair-minded and likable by the general public, however, he was a manipulative man and held a long-standing rivalry with Councilman Tenzin. Tarrlok sought to fight the Anti-bending Revolution with brute force rather than peaceful negotiations. The Chairman was willing to go to great lengths to win against the Equalists, even if it meant fanning the flames of aggression and risking the lives of innocent people.
After his defeat, Amon freed Tarrlok, and the brothers escaped on a speedboat through the Mo Ce Sea. Together again, Amon proclaimed joyfully that with the two of them reunited, there was nothing that they could not accomplish. When Tarrlok called Amon by his true name, Noatak, the older brother admitted that he had almost forgotten the sound of it. As Amon drove, Tarrlok sat at the back of the boat, noticing that the watercraft was filled with Equalist gear. Tarrlok picked up one of the electric gloves, leveling it over the motorboat's fuel tank. He then reiterated a statement made earlier by his brother, saying that "it would be just like the good old days." Looking ahead, Amon shed a single tear before Tarrlok ignited the fuel tank behind him, killing them both in the resulting explosion.

Yeah, her name is Kya. I'm a little sad that she doesn't have epic white dreads like she did in her concept art but she still looks like she'll be an interesting character. I wonder if we will ever see art of them all as children.
Apparently when you dream and you see your room if you see strange things like eyes, shadows, they're supposed to be real. I wish I could find the article about it, it'll freak you out. Lin only changes once in the entire season and all she does is put on a peacoat so there's really not much I can change unless I want to get creative xD I found a picture of Lin dressed as a 1920's flapper and I just had to tektek it.
