I understand your frustration with not being able to get into Loyal's shop. You clearly said that you're only able to go online once or twice a week due to your location. However, I think you shot yourself in the foot when you mentioned how long you've been a member of the site. Some people immediately latch on to that and ignore the rest of your post.
