Hullo there.
There's not much to be said. I rarely ever come here anymore, so I can't even be bothered keeping my profile nice. But since you're here already, you're welcome to drop a line, I still check my messages every now and then.
And since you're here, you can take a look at my photos, because I want you to.

I have the social skills of a dragon when I'm around strangers but if I am to believe my friends (and I do, because I'd hate it if my friends didn't believe me), I'm pretty likeable once you get to know me.

I'm interested in languages (not as much as I used to, but I still enjoy them a lot) and I can converse in English, Icelandic, German, Italian, French and a general mix of the Scandinavian languages well enough to hold up a conversation with the help of a dictionary. I've taken basics in Japanese and Latin but I've forgotten most of them. If I had the time I'd love to pick up my Japanese again and learn other languages.
I'm also interested in literature, religions, mythology, different cultures, all kinds of art, music and more. I get interested in things easily if they're presented in the right way, but I'm usually too lazy or busy to pursue them further.

I don't like people who take themselves too seriously on tha intrawebz.

My home is in Iceland but I'm studying photography in the UK. I'm most interested in portraiture and fashion/editorial stuff so if you're interested in my photography and/or would like to model or collaborate in any other way, drop me a line. The link to my photos on flickr is up there somewhere, I'm also on ModelMayhem.

Please do not add me as a friend if we haven't talked. At least send me a message and ask, and tell me why you are adding me. I think it's kind of rude and kind of weird and it's a personal pet peeve, so I probably won't accept you.
