lol it's not a bad game at all ok during the clips between the levels ya theres the occational* f*** or s*** ok more than the occational* one but still but ya thats what i do when i take it to my grandparents house i turn the extreme content off so they don't have a heart attack and die lol but just so you know ppl who are already dead in the game that are part of the enviroment kinda like n.p.c.'s theres still blood but if you shoot em with extreme content off they wont splash everywhere and get bloor all over that nice and shiny Gears uniform lol. oh and not to brag its to help ppl but i've beat the game on insane but that was on multiplayer so if u guys need help just call or P.M. me ill be glad to help no matter who it is and yes i've found all the C.O.G. tags for ppl who need them

*sniffel* I got to lvl 5! crying And I didn't turn off the gore thingie. It was sick though, blood went like SPLOOSH out of someone when you kill them. O.o
