The School. Possibly the most horrific place on the planet. They run experiments on you when you are a baby, even before that sometimes. If you don't know who we are, then you will within the next few sentences.

I'm Luke, and I'm not exactly what you would call normal. See, me and the others - The other 5 of us - aren't entirely human. We were taken as babies and given birdlike traits. Specifically, we have wings. That is the only main thing really. All of us have different abilities. Wait, I haven't told you who the others and myself were? Well, we better get that cleared up. There are six of us, on the run from the School and Bladers. All of us are 95% human and 5% bird. The youngest of us is Rebecca, she's 5. Another thing, she can read minds. Yeah, I know, definitely on the creepy side. The second youngest is Nate, he has something funky with his digestive system. Uh, the creepy thing about him is that he can make bombs out of a paperclip, wad of paper, and fuse. Eh, Nate is about 7. The rest of us are teenagers, anywhere from 13-16. I, myself, am 16. I kind of keep the group together. I can fly at superspeeds whenever I want. Oh yeah, one more thing, I have a Voice in my head that isn't my own. Well, time to get on to Emma, Chris, and Logan. Emma is 15 and is obsessed with the environment. The thing is, she can make things grow wherever she wants. Chris is 13 and loves flying. And, like any normal boy, loves his DS. He uses it to track Bladers. He modified it so it would be a computer. Chris practically controls technology with his mind. Logan is 14 and she loves the flute. She brings us food and peaceful sleep with her silver flute. It can control people's minds when she wants it to. Of course, I've built up a resistance to it.

Well, now you know who we are, don't stop reading. Please, if you do, your life could be in danger. They are all around us, plotting. And, this can become your story as quickly as it is mine.
