But I realize that my life stands for a bigger purpose,
that it does have a greater meaning.
Never again will I stand by and watch as a person gets picked on,
as a girl cries and hides in a dark corner,
as a boy walks with his head to the ground, his hood covering his face,
both shutting out the world,
feeling lonely, rejected, worthless, and helpless.
Never again will I walk away when I see a kid surrounded by others,
recieving blows from every angle,
beaten down to the ground.
I am here to protect these kids.
I am here to do whatever it takes to make them happy, make them feel like they belong, and let them know that they are loved.
To any boy or girl who feels that the only way to escape pain is to put the knife to your wrist, the gun to your head, or the rope around your neck,
know that it's not the end, life is not over.
