Of Se'rox's tour and Taran's orders *rose*
Se'rox and the mud

Se'rox shook her head as once again ZuchaX made less of himself. However, she was more preoccupied, at that moment, with the portal in front of her. As always, the portal felt... empty to her. Like a void in space, time, and reality. That was the way of any portal, to her senses. A void where something- air, at least- should have been.

Then ZuchaX nudged Se'rox, and she stepped into the portal.

Through it, really, as it was not so much a tunnel as it was a doorway. ZuchaX followed her, and told her about the 109 other floors. Se'rox nodded her head somewhat absently. She could feel that the height of this place far exceeded its length and width, but he was right. She really wasn't interested in the contents of the house.

"So. Which way to the mud?" Se'rox said, smiling back at ZuchaX. It had been far too long since she had found enough mud to play around in. And that is exactly what she felt like she needed about now; a good old fashioned romp in the mud. She took his hand, and tugged a bit, trying to get him to lead her. She could tell where things were in this room, and the door out. But she wanted him to lead. After all, he was good at showing her around, and he could tell her about things. She liked it when he seemed interested in things other than his broodings.

Taran's orders

As Lofwyr spoke with n** about the Renstoks' other intended target, he knew what his orders were to be. To safegaurd the only other Dragon the Renstok would need for their ceremony. Taran knew so little about the boy, as he only saw him briefly. But he was a very strong dragon indeed, as was his mother. That should help things.

As Lofwyr gave orders just as Taran suspected he would, Taran faced Lofwyr and bowed once again.

"Yes, my Lord. Thank you." Taran glanced at the door. Lofwyr would need to leave now, or risk being seen by the others.

As Lofwyr's dragoon, Taran was used to being sent on missions such as this one, but usually on his own. His last set of orders had been to simply keep track of the last of the blue dragons, following the annihilation of their planet. That mission would never end, it seemed. Aside from that, he was allowed to study and travel at his own will. And if Lofwyr ever needed him at all, Taran knew that he could be summoned in an instant. Quicker than Lofwyr's spirit had showed up here, and in person, to boot.

He straightened, and looked over at n**. Shalimar would be wanting in before he could discuss with n** the delicacy of his identity as the Dragon God Lofwyr's dragoon. He had only one chance, to give her a look of import and seriousness, and hope that she would comprehend. Later, he was sure he would have to divulge more with her alone.
