They fell in it together but not in the slightest will they see one another on the way out. It wasn't a test, it wasn't some kind of cruel joke... more like a trick they played on themselves. She was in total fear, running about in the empty hallways. He was confused but his face rendered emotionless. What the two had in common was that they never thought of eachother in all of this mess. Perhaps their minds automically turned to self benefit in times of trouble.
