Just logging on to put up another entry, even if I'm the only one who bothers reading this, hahaha. I guess I just do it to have something to look back on. Anyways, I'm doing this because I finally took my Core Hardware exam today for my A+ certification.
Initially, I was doubtful of my performance. Perhaps it was due to the pre-test jitters. That and the fact that I couldn't go over my trouble areas like I wanted to. Still, I knew that I could only try my best. After finishing the test in about an hour, I knew my best was good enough. Yep, I passed!
The next 3+ hours were of joy and happiness. This was my first step towards a career and the life I want. Yeah, I'm not certified yet. I have one more test to take, and that's the OS (Operating Systems for those unfamiliar with the acronym) exam. That means another 2+ weeks of studying. xd We'll see how that goes....
Aside from that, a couple of good friends of mine paid me a visit this past weekend. One of them ended up working later than expected, so they arrived sometime in the evening. We still had enough time to go out to eat though. Afterwards, we stayed up playing video games, mainly the one series that made us friends in the first place, Soul Calibur. All in all, they were good times. Even more so since they live an hour and a half away from me. Thanks to a belated birthday present from them, I have a book to read now, Ender's Game.
Now that I've taken a considerable amount of time in relief, it's time to get back to studying. -_- The next entry will be up after I take my next exam. Wish me luck!
