Wish

I wish I could tell,
Just by looking at you,
The way that you feel,
When I brush past you.

You never look at me,
I wish I knew why,
But I guess deep down,
You fear that I’ll lie.

I understand now,
Why you won’t look at me,
You love him so much,
So I’ll let you two be.

But I want you to know,
Since the first day we met,
There isn’t a moment,
That I don’t regret.
