Tomorrow I turn 26 years-old. It's been a good birthday so far.

I got a letter from my oldest brother and sister-in-law, telling me that they've reserved me a copy of the next Harry Potter book on Amazon.com. I'm so excited! I can't wait to read it!

My other older brother and sister-in-law sent me a $25 gift certificate to Target. I plan to use it towards a DVD player. The only one I have is on my computer, and it doesn't always work. With a new one, though, I'll be able to watch movies with my friends! Yay!

Mom and dad are taking me out to my favorite Thai restaurant tomorrow. Starting in February, mom and I worked on a crazy quilt for my bed. It's a queen size, so it was a huge project. She and I took it to a professional quilter to have it quilted. That was my birthday present. Awesome, huh??

Now I just have to get over feeling old. I now know I am closer to 30 than I am to 20, and that's a huge deal. It makes me feel ancient! LOL
